Enabling people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead their unique lives with dignity, independence, and inclusion.

Our Philosophy

We believe first in the dignity of all individuals. We adhere to the principle that persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the right and opportunity to care and treatment that enables them to reach their fullest potential and to enjoy a productive and independent life.

Our guiding values are:

We believe in recruiting, training and developing the best people to support the individuals we serve; enabling them with tools and technology to provide individualized supports.

We care deeply about the people we serve and strive to serve their unique goals and dreams.

We work with integrity, accountability, transparency, and compassion in everything we do, because we understand those we serve have a choice in providers.

Values

We have developed positive relationships working with the ARCs, guardianship programs, MHMRAs, State Surveyors,  providing quality care of the individuals with IDD.  Unified Care Group has been noted to be one of the best providers of the Day Habilitation programs in the Houston Region.

Mission
